| QuestAir's compact PSA technology allows for a significant
reduction in the size and cost of the equipment required to
purify a fixed volume of hydrogen. QuestAir has a strong cost
advantage over manufacturers of conventional PSA systems. The
Company's patented HyQuestor® currently offers the most competitively
priced hydrogen PSA solution in the 20-1000 Nm3/hr
(17,000-850,000 standard cubic feet per day) size range. QuestAir
expects the QuestAir H-3200 to allow for a further price advantage over
competing systems.
QuestAir is also developing a second-generation hydrogen
purification product, the QuestAir H-6100, for the 5,000-20,000 Nm3/hr
(4.2 million-17 million standard cubic feet per day) size
range. The QuestAir H-6100 will offer further cost advantages relative
to competing hydrogen purification systems.
The modular design of QuestAir's hydrogen purification technology
gives customers a high degree of flexibility in the sizing
of the unit and allows customers to easily add incremental
purification capacity without making a significant capital
investment.
